Making Crepes

When I was growing up, my mother frequently made crepes, and she taught me how to make them. They always seemed easy to make, so I was surprised to learn that some people think it is hard to make crepes. I've never thought it was hard, so I thought I should share some information about how to make crepes.

Crepes really aren't difficult to make. If you have a few ingredients and a small non-stick skillet, you can make them with not very much practice: let me show you how.

Once you make the crepes, you'll want to fill them up. You can fill them with just about anything you can imagine. I have a few fillings that I particularly enjoy, and you can read about them.
